This is a pt with deep bite and a few area recession and 44 on cross bite , would you recommend getting grafting before Treatment?

In general, complete all Treatment before doing orthodontic treatment. But, if you’re ever in doubt, ensure that you’ve completed a perio consult first.

The question is whether it’s better to perform a graft before or after treatment for a patient with recession. In most real-world cases, it's recommended to do the graft at the end of treatment. However, if there’s any uncertainty, a perio consult is a good idea to ensure due diligence.

In this case, I would proceed with treatment and apply palatal or lingual root torque to improve the buccal-lingual alignment, which may help prevent further recession, and in some cases, may improve it. After treatment, the grafting can be done if necessary.
